Infant Cranial Sacral Therapy sessions with a trained IBCLC are gentle and effective, lasting 20-30 minutes with hands-on touch to support your baby's well-being. Cranial sacral therapy involves the use of light touch to address fascial tension, head shape, and infant reflexes. This calming approach helps release tension and help issues like feeding/latching difficulties, nervous system dysregulation, fussiness, reflux, and much more.
