During this 1 hour visit in the comfort of your own home, I can help with the following: Painful latch Low milk supply Tongue-tie Slow weight gain Jaundice Weighted feeds Latching difficulties Clogged ducts and mastitis The visit is fully customized for you and your baby, including a weighted feed, care plan & physician report as well as 2 weeks of unlimited phone, e-mail and/or text follow-up. Insurances accepted for Home Visits: Aetna Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue Shield of California Travel fee flat rate (up to 20 miles): $50 20+ miles: $1.5/mile (payable prior to the visit, after insurance approval) Self Pay (without insurance): $200 + travel fee
